(J.D., University of Tulsa, 1997). Chad joined the firm in 2003 after serving as an Assistant District Attorney and Director of Prosecutions of Crimes Against Children. In this capacity, like his colleagues at the firm who also began their careers as prosecutors, Chad was in trial constantly from 1997 to 2003 when he left the D.A.’s office to become a member of Rodolf & Todd.
During his twenty years with the firm, he has defended hospitals and physicians throughout Oklahoma, as well as Kansas, Nevada, Texas and New Hampshire. He has successfully defended St. John Medical Center in trial on eight separate occasions, including against a claim of delayed emergency medical care resulting in permanent neurologic injury.
Chad taught trial practice at the University of Tulsa College of Law as an adjunct professor. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indian Nations Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a Board member of the Sigma Chi House Corporation at Oklahoma State University. Chad is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma and Kansas and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
