partner - Emily Jones Ludiker

Originally from Tulsa, Emily’s undergraduate education was completed at the University of Kansas, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Marketing and a minor in English in 2004.  She then returned to Tulsa and attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, graduating in 2007 with her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Comparative and International Law.  She joined Rodolf & Todd in 2012, and her practice focuses on health care law and compliance, appellate practice, medical malpractice defense, and general civil litigation.  Emily has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2013 and has given a number of presentations to healthcare providers at a variety of speaking engagements.  Emily also serves as a Board Member for several local and state organizations.  She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
