​​​Kelsey graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May 2013 and completed Law school at University of Oklahoma College of Law in May, 2016. She has worked in both the law firm environment and for an insurance company after law school before coming to work at Rodolf & Todd in August 2021. Kelsey has experience in insurance defense and medical negligence. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in March 2017. She is also admitted to practice law in all courts in Oklahoma as well as the Northern, Eastern and Western federal districts.
