Austin graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics and a Minor in Finance in 2021. Austin was recognized on the Dean’s Honor Roll and the President’s Honor Roll. Afterward, he attended The University of Tulsa College of Law where he graduated in December of 2024. Austin was awarded the CALI Award for excellence in Evidence.

Austin is from the Tulsa area, originally from Claremore. He clerked for two summers at Rodolf & Todd while in law school and he has been accepted as an Associate Attorney as of January 2025. Austin is a member of the Tulsa Bar Association as well as the Oklahoma Bar Association.
