  • Our law clerks are exposed to all aspects of litigation. They routinely observe depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials to expose them to real-life applications of the law and legal procedure. We believe the best education and experience we can provide to law clerks is to get them involved in cases and get them exposed to how the legal concepts they are learning in law school are applied in everyday situations. Among other things, they attend client meetings, research pertinent legal issues, and draft memoranda for the attorneys to utilize throughout the case.

“As a law clerk, I was able to experience actual hearings and depositions, as opposed to just sitting in an office all day. Everyone was friendly and worked to include me in meetings and to be involved in the case. I felt like everyone wanted me to succeed in becoming a lawyer. They were willing to take the time to mentor me and answer any questions I may have had whether it was about a project I was working on or just the legal practice in general.”

  • Our legal secretaries are crucial members of our team. They directly improve efficiency by providing administrative assistance to the Partners, Associates and Paralegals on their team and provide back up for one another as needed. The most common activities include transcribing dictation, maintaining attorney and paralegal calendars, scheduling meetings with clients, opposing counsel and others as needed, scheduling depositions, court reporters, and travel arrangements, as well as drafting correspondence as directed. Our secretaries are responsible for maintaining and organizing the electronic file.

“Rodolf & Todd has been a game changer for my career as a legal secretary. I am valued, appreciated, and treated with respect, and I have been provided all the tools I need to be successful. The attorneys and paralegals have always helped me if I had questions or concerns regarding a particular case or issue, and they do not micro-manage. That matters a lot to me. Rodolf & Todd is by far the best place I have ever worked.”

  • Our paralegals work closely with the attorneys to help formulate litigation strategies, respond to the demands of our clients, and ensure that even the smallest of details is accounted for. Our paralegals are an integral part of our success. They are responsible for managing extensive amounts of documents. They sit with the attorneys at counsel’s table during trials to assist in jury selection, analyze and assess witnesses who are providing testimony, and oversee the creation and presentation of exhibits during trial. Most of our paralegals have been with us for more than 15 years and have participated in countless trials. We allow our paralegals to be self-starters and utilize their expertise and experience to help create a cohesive and effective strategy throughout all stages of a client’s representation.

“As a paralegal at Rodolf & Todd, I have been allowed to bring my ideas, skills, and expertise to every case I work on. I feel like the attorneys respect us, treat us as equals, and seek out and value our opinions about issues that may arise during the pendency of a case.”

  • Our associate attorneys are fundamental to our practice. They are tasked with substantial responsibility in all aspects of a client’s representation. They are entrusted to meet with clients, witnesses, and experts, prepare and respond to written discovery, conduct depositions, attend mediations, and second chair cases that go to trial. They work in tandem with various partners in the firm and with various clients to create cogent legal strategies and solutions.

We also encourage our attorneys to be engaged in the community and participate in activities and charities that are of interest to them. Several of our attorneys are involved in various local Boards of Directors, community outreach, with the law schools and both the local and state Bar Associations.

“It is daunting as a new attorney, especially right out of law school. At Rodolf & Todd, they wanted me to succeed from the moment I started. All of the attorneys were welcoming and willing to help me in any way I needed. I really appreciated the ‘open door’ policy they have, because I know I could go to any of the attorneys, or even support staff, and they would be willing to sit down and take the time to answer any question I had. Now that I have been there for a few years, I feel like I have created friendships with my coworkers and colleagues. I genuinely look forward to going to work, because I know I will get to see my friends.”
